- With no network, the capture happens anyway. It waits for a connection, then goes on its own. An interrupted capture never creates two proofs nor two charges.
- You see “Sealed”, not a score. The verification page tells whoever receives it what each check measured, or could not.
- A link can be revoked. From “My links”, at any time. The proof stays yours; only the page closes.
- Export and erasure from the app. Your data is in France, encrypted at rest. No advertising, no third-party trackers.

What your proof establishes
- The latest date at which the photo existed.
- The area recorded at the shutter.
- Your device and the originating app, through the device attestation.
- The photo, intact since sealing.
What it does not establish
- That the scene is genuine in itself.
- What the proof is worth in your dispute. That judgement belongs to whoever receives it: adjuster, case handler or judge.
A bailiff’s report carries weight because of who wrote it. An Evidiq proof carries weight because of what it demonstrates, with no appointment: many situations do not warrant a bailiff but deserve better than a bare photo. Straight questions.
