Delete your Evidiq account

From the app

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

If you have uninstalled the app, write to contact@evidiq.io from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We check that the request really comes from that address, then delete the account within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address linked to it;
• your sealed proofs and their metadata (location, timestamps);
• the sensor fingerprints tied to your devices;
• your share links: the public verification pages stop responding;
• the logs tied to your account.

Deletion takes effect immediately, in a single operation. Nothing is left afterwards that gives access to your files. Database backup copies are overwritten within 90 days at most.

Delete data without closing the account

You can ask us to erase specific data (a particular proof, for example) without closing your account, at the same address: contact@evidiq.io. Your rights of access, rectification and portability are detailed in our privacy policy.
